This critical response service is co-ordinated via our 24 x 7 Helpdesk managing and monitoring all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in full compliance with the Service Contract. Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated Service Manager whose role is to ensure that our service continues to exceed expectation.
In an emergency, our team will always attempt to fully rectify the problem, but should further work be required, they will undertake a temporary repair and provide a detailed report and quotation for the additional work required. The further work can then be scheduled as a planned preventative maintenance activity.
By monitoring clients building assets on a regular basis, as part of a planned preventative maintenance schedule, we are able to prevent emergencies from occurring and thereby circumvent failures and minimising business downtime.
