New World Builders provide a complete all-trades maintenance service with a 24/7 rapid response according to the urgency of the work required.  All building maintenance work is carried out by our highly qualified staff who are committed to the smooth running of your business.

Regardless of the business they operate, our clients rely on their premises to underpin their efficient operation and business continuity. Our workforce combines the required skills from all main trades and is configured to meet the challenges set by reactive and preventative maintenance programs.

This critical response service is co-ordinated via our 24 x 7 Helpdesk managing and monitoring all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in full compliance with the Service Contract. Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated Service Manager whose role is to ensure that our service continues to exceed expectation.

In an emergency, our team will always attempt to fully rectify the problem, but should further work be required, they will undertake a temporary repair and provide a detailed report and quotation for the additional work required. The further work can then be scheduled as a planned preventative maintenance activity.

By monitoring clients building assets on a regular basis, as part of a planned preventative maintenance schedule, we are able to prevent emergencies from occurring and thereby circumvent failures and minimising business downtime.
