As a process-mature organisation with over 25 years of industry experience, New World Builders maintains a business management system covering all processes that have an effect on the quality of the products and services offered by the company.

Our workforce abides by strict company policies and all work is overseen by a site manager or quality control officer. Where third party contractors are used, only qualified and skilled people are employed and only the highest quality workmanship is accepted.

The New World Builders health and safety regime permeates all aspects of its operation including ongoing staff training. New World Builders is a CHAS accredited organisation so it is essential that we are not only capable of describing these health and safety arrangements, but can also evidence practical adherence to these undertakings in every aspect of our operation.

We have a risk-based approach to health and safety, creating a safe working environment by assessing and identifying risks and ensuring that good practice and safe systems are in place across all our construction activities.

We insist that employees and subcontractors can demonstrate general construction health and safety awareness, through attendance on formal training courses and possession of the relevant cards including CSR, CSCS and SafePass.

On site, we make every effort to minimise the effects of noise, dust, disturbance and inconvenience to others. Wherever possible, we deal with suppliers and subcontractors who have their own environmental codes of practice and adopt sound environmental principles.
