Through arrangements like this, we have developed long standing relationships with many schools by providing new builds, extending teaching blocks or refurbishing existing school facilities.

The key is to provide an educational facility that is suitable for teaching and learning, but that is also economical in construction and running costs, whether this is funded privately or by the tax payer. Our involvement in educational property projects is considerable, which means that our school construction knowledge and experience is extremely broad.

Strong project management is one of our core competencies.  Our focus on working closely with our client’s stakeholders and end-users is integral to our ability to deliver successful end to end solutions.  This means ensuring that our undertakings have a minimal impact on our client’s ongoing operations.  In the education sector we are particularly conscious of health and safety and disturbance issues, so we can plan our work to be scheduled out of hours or during weekend and holiday periods.
